Commercial off-road rentals
ATVs, UTVs and tracked machines rented by the day to power grid, telecommunications, green energy, surveyors, construction companies, and other utility contractors.
New England Vertical Access LLC rents ATVs, UTVs, tracked ATVs and UTVs, and snowmobiles to infrastructure companies that need to reach remote job sites — in mud season, in deep snow, and everywhere the truck stops.
NEVA equipment is not rented for recreational use. We rent only to commercial companies and contractors working on New England's infrastructure.
01 — Services
NEVA supports crews whose work starts where the maintained road ends. We supply the machine, the trailer and the access plan so your people and gear arrive at the site ready to work.

Equipment available for pickup or delivery to the access point. Insured operator also available depending on availability.
02 — Equipment

Multi-person crew transport with a cargo bed for materials, cable reels, batteries and heavier equipment.
Track-converted machines for deep snow, saturated ground, mud season and soft terrain where wheels won't hold.

Utility trailers, gear sleds and tie-down equipment to move machines and loads between staging and the site.
03 — How it works
Every rental is quoted in writing before it is confirmed. There is no online checkout and no instant booking — terrain, season and access requirements determine what we send.
Site location, requested dates, number of people, gear to be carried, and any gate, landowner or road-access limitations.
NEVA confirms availability and returns pricing, rental terms, delivery options and operator requirements in writing.
You approve the quote and sign the rental agreement. Payment is invoiced by card or ACH under the terms of that agreement.
Collect the equipment or have it staged at the agreed access point, with a documented condition check at handover and return.
04 — Request a quote
Complete the form and NEVA will respond with availability, pricing and rental terms. Requests are reviewed for commercial use only.
05 — Policies
Cancellations must be requested before the agreed rental start time. Send cancellation requests to rentals@nevaccess.com and include the company name, quote or invoice number, and the scheduled rental dates.
Refund eligibility depends on reservation status, equipment availability, weather-related access conditions, and the terms of the applicable written rental agreement. Where a rental is cancelled by NEVA — including for unsafe conditions — amounts paid for the unused rental period are refunded.
All rates are quoted in writing in advance. NEVA invoices card and ACH payments in U.S. dollars under the confirmed quote and rental agreement. No charge is made without a signed rental agreement or approved purchase order.
For billing questions, corrections, or concerns about a charge, contact NEVA directly at rentals@nevaccess.com before initiating a card dispute. We respond to billing inquiries within one business day and will correct any billing error promptly.
NEVA equipment is rented exclusively to commercial companies and contractors supporting infrastructure work. We do not offer recreational, tourism or consumer-leisure rentals, and we do not rent to individuals for personal use.
Renters are responsible for competent operation, required licensing and registrations, landowner and site-access permissions, protective equipment, and returning equipment in the condition documented at handover.
